Option A

Partial Deletion

Keep account

Request deletion of selected personal data while keeping your Tripzort account active.

  • Profile details
  • Search history
  • Saved hotels or wishlists
  • Travel preferences
  • Uploaded content
  • Support request history
  • Marketing communication data
Note: Some data may still be retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes.
Option B

Complete Deletion

Full removal

Request complete deletion of your Tripzort account and all associated personal data.

  • Your Tripzort account may be permanently removed
  • Your profile information may be deleted
  • Your saved preferences and activity history may be removed
  • You may lose access to past bookings, saved hotels, creator activity, and account-related benefits
Note: Transaction details, tax records, invoices, fraud-prevention logs, and dispute-related information may be retained where required by law.

How to Submit a Request

Email us at admintripzort.com with one of the following subject lines:

Verification Process

To protect your account and prevent unauthorized deletion, Tripzort may verify your identity before processing the request.

We may contact you through your registered email address or mobile number for confirmation.

Deletion requests are only processed after successful verification.

Processing Timeline

7–30

working days

Once your request is verified, we will process it within a reasonable period — typically within 7 to 30 working days, depending on the type of data and operational requirements.

You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been completed.

Important Notes

Before submitting a complete deletion request, please note:

  • Account deletion may be permanent and cannot be undone
  • You may not be able to recover your account later
  • Active bookings, refunds, disputes, or pending support cases may need to be resolved before deletion
  • Some data may be retained where legally required
  • Deleting your account may affect your access to Tripzort services

Withdrawal of Request

If you wish to cancel your deletion request, please contact us immediately. We may not be able to cancel the request if deletion has already been processed.
